the spa area was quite small (only one hot tub! ), however, the breakfast offered fresh pastries and a lovely range of fruits. the staff were super attentive and we enjoyed the peaceful location overlooking the lake.

The hallway and room felt very outdated and cold. Despite being a 4-star hotel, there were no slippers in the room. The lack of privacy on the balcony was disappointing, as diners watched us while we tried to relax.

The bathroom was a disaster, tiny shower and awkward door, absolutely unacceptable for a so-called 4-star hotel. I expected a room upgrade or, at least, some sort of complimentary gesture for my troubles. I mean, does anyone care about guest comfort here? I almost gave it a good review, but just couldn’t!

The view from my balcony over Lake Garda was absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset when the water glimmered with golden hues. I loved savoring breakfast each morning with an extensive spread, including freshly prepared hot dishes and delightful pastries, alongside complimentary Prosecco to really kick start the day! The pool area was a dream with free snacks when ordering drinks. it made lounging around feel even more indulgent.

This hotel suits me perfectly, providing great amenities like wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a seasonal outdoor pool. On my first visit, the staff's kindness towards my elderly parents was unforgettable. I highly recommend it for a wonderful stay. I'm returning for a business trip.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Giovanni, who made our stay even more enjoyable. The wellness area was a highlight, with two jacuzzis that were always clean and inviting. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was commendable, including the pool area where we spent relaxing afternoons, soaking up the stunning lake view.

I loved relaxing in the spacious and very clean room with a balcony overlooking the lake and enjoying the fantastic breakfast buffet each morning. The outdoor pool and well-maintained garden area were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. While the shampoo selection in the bathroom could be better, everything else was delightful! 😊
